The Masters chair designed by Philippe Starck with Eugeni Quitllet for Kartell. The chair was awarded the prestigious “Good Design Award 2010” issued by the Chicago Athenaeum - Museum of Architecture and Design. The seat is a tribute to three icons of contemporary design reinterpreted in a"space-age"key:the Series 7 by Arne Jacobsen, the Tulip Armchair by Eero Saarinen and the Eiffel Chair by Charles Eames intertwine the unmistakable silhouettes in fact in a sinuous hybrid, to create an original and captivating fusion of styles. Supported by four thin stems, the Masters seat is large and comfortable. The particularity of the chair is naturally in the backrest, characterized by the full and empty spaces created by the curved intersection of the three different backrests, which descend to flow into the perimeter of the seat. Masters is light, practical, stackable. Available in numerous colors, the seat can also be used outdoors. (Pack of 2 pieces)
