Smithfield by Flos, designed by Jasper Morrison, is a ceiling and pendant lamp, understated yet very elegant, focusing on substance: providing good lighting and being pleasing to the eye. Without too many pretensions. A beautiful diffuser, characterized by “generous” dimensions, three colors to choose from, and a simple look: Smithfield is versatile, straightforward, and “young.” The beautiful lamp body in aluminum nods to the Sixties with its pleasant curvature; it is available in three colors, glossy white and black, and MUD. The light source is located behind an opal polycarbonate diffuser, injection molded. The pendant version comes with a generous 250 cm of electrical cable and is also available with a dimmer.
