Are your products original?
Certainly, all our products are original because Designinluce is an official retailer of all the brands offered. We will ship the purchased items in their original packaging, with the manufacturer's warranty and all necessary technical documentation (see also Official retailer)
How do I order one or more products?
Select all the products you are interested in by clicking on 'Add to cart': at any time you can choose whether to continue browsing brands and products or proceed with the purchase process by going to the cart. By clicking on 'Continue', you will arrive at the page where you can enter your personal details, shipping and payment preferences, and a summary of your order. By clicking on 'Buy', you will complete your order. (see also 'How to order')
Are the displayed prices complete? Is VAT included? Can I request an invoice?
All prices you see on Designinluce are to be considered VAT included, as specified in the product sheets: shipping costs are excluded, which vary depending on the chosen type and are summarized in the cart. When entering your personal details, you can choose to authenticate as a private individual or a company: in the first case, you will be asked for your tax code, while in the second, the VAT number to which the invoice will be issued will be required.
What payment methods are accepted?
On Designinluce, you can make your purchases via credit card, advance bank transfer, or cash on delivery. Credit card transactions occur via the virtual POS X-Pay, through national/international circuits for VISA, MASTERCARD, and MAESTRO payment instruments. The entire payment flow takes place on secure WEB servers, via HTTPS with SSL protocol and 128 BIT encryption. Designinluce will not be aware of any information related to your credit card. How long does it take for my order to arrive?
All orders, if not modified or canceled within 24 hours, via Fax or email, will become effective. Shipments will occur only after payment confirmation has been received. The order processing times are 4-5 days if the goods are in stock and ready to be shipped; however, it takes 15-20 working days from the notification of payment if the goods are not available in our warehouses. If these times should be extended for any reason, you will be promptly notified. (see also 'Order Fulfillment')
What type of shipping do you offer?
For all our shipments, we rely on the qualified express courier Bartolini, which has always guaranteed reliability and speed. Products will be properly packaged to prevent any delicate components from being damaged during transport. It is the buyer's responsibility to check the contents of the packages once delivered by the courier to ensure that the product has arrived intact. (see also 'Reliable and Safe Shipping')
Can I customize the delivery methods for my orders?
At the time of entering your personal details, you can specify, in addition to your address, an additional contact where you would like your shipment to arrive (e.g., your office). It is also possible to arrange a delivery by appointment, which allows you to be notified by the courier before delivery: this way, you can make precise phone arrangements with the courier and avoid any issues with the delivery of the goods (this service has an additional cost; see also 'Reliable and Safe Shipping').
Can I pick up the purchased products in person?
You can choose to pick up in person all the products you purchased on Designinluce: just select, at the time of the order, the shipping method 'Pick up on site', choosing one of our locations (Commercial office in Rome or warehouse in Guidonia Montecelio, in the province of Rome).

Shipping costs for Italy are €12.00 - SHIPPING IS FREE FOR ORDERS OVER €150.00 (delivery in Italy) Shipping costs are €20.00 for the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom
Can I exercise the right of withdrawal?
Directive 85/577/EEC of the Council of December 20, 1985 for the protection of consumers in the case of contracts negotiated outside commercial premises, implemented by Italian law, introduced the right of withdrawal within a minimum period of seven days. Once you have received the goods, you can exercise the right of withdrawal, provided you contact us first at the email address resi@designinluce.it: instructions for the return will be communicated to you via email and certain necessary conditions must be met (see also 'Right of Withdrawal').
